Budge Collinson is an award-winning real estate agent in the Palm Beach and surrounding areas.  Known for his expertise and knowledge in the health and fitness field, Budge has started and sold a few businesses over the past several years.  After the acquisition of two National companies, Budge decided to venture into an area that used be to be a hobby; real estate.  For the past 20 years, Budge has purchased, renovated and sold many different types of residential properties while also developing knowledge in the commercial space.  He grew up under the influence of his late grandfather, Warren Pearce, who was a successful home builder, commercial real estate entrepreneur and original developer of the Bahi Mar in Fort Lauderdale. Budge has worked with a diverse group of business executives, chiefs of police, as well as Hollywood celebrities and knows the importance of trust, communication and confidentiality.  Through previous businesses, he has gained an expertise in marketing, networking and public relations. Budge earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Florida and understands the importance of studying the markets to ensure each purchase fits the buyer.  In his spare time, you can find Budge participating in fitness activities, paddle-boarding, walking the beach, enhancing home improvements and enjoying all the Palm Beaches have to offer.
